Now that all the police statements and transcripts and Darins interviews are out, are the police going to bring Darin in and confront him about all the evidence against him. Darin said something that I took as a confession and admission to him killing his boys. Darin accused officer Waddell of letting the intruder walk right out the front door and get away. Well folks, an eye witness saw that intruder that Darin claims got away, It was Darin himself. This witness saw what Darin had described as negligence with the police department. If that isn't an admission I don't know what is. If they took that sock and retested it they would see it came from Darins pant leg and was not planted there by Darlie as the prosecution claimed. Darlies story did match the scene.

I would love to do Darlies appeal. First of all I would make sure that all the evidence that was withheld from the jury in the first trial was told to the jury in detail. Darin said he never forced Darlies lawyer to not implicate him in the crime. Then why didn't the jury hear all the evidence against Darin, if only to give reasonable doubt. How can a lawyer to a death row case after only seven months. Darlies lawyer never once gave that jury reasonable doubt What I did hear was her lawyer trying to change a lie that Darin told in court. Darin said the glass table fell on Devon, Darlies lawyer tried desperately to get him to change his answer Darin never did. Why didn't the jury hear all the evidence against Darin, her lawyer was protecting Darin not defending Darlie

Darin said he was giving cpr to Devon when he heard police at the door, he then says he stopped went over to Damon and got no pulse, how is that possible when he lived for 6 minutes after Darlie called 911, he then says he went up to put pants on, another lie, then he says he ran downstairs and out the door, another lie he was already outside when officer Waddell pulled up. He didn't do that cpr on Devon before police arrived, he waited until Waddell followed him into the house and then he went right over to Devon even though he admitted he knew he was gone. Damon had a pulse he was moving and looking around the room when Waddell came in.

Darin said he didn't know Darlie was stabbed, yet he was heard by a witness and officer Waddell saying my wife and kids have been stabbed. Darin told Darlie he was the one who handed Drake to her that was also a lie, Darin didn't go up and get Drake the police found him alone in the bedroom. Why wasn't Darin arrested when the medics said Darin was deliberately obstructing their path to help Damon. Darlie wasn't afraid to touch or speak to Damon but Darin never ever went near that boy before or after police arrived. He was afraid of Damons reaction to him touching him, but Darlie wasn't afraid even with 911 on the phone. That speaks volumes

Why weren't the police suspicious of Darin when he lied and said he heard the wine glass break when he was in his room, no way in hell he heard a wine glass break if he was in his room, I have always believed Darin was the intruder Darlie chased out, his sock was found in the alley and then officer Waddell caught him outside running by his fountain in front of his house. Darin then went into the house and went right past his living son to go over to the son he knew was already dead. Darin admitted he knew Devon was dead as soon as he saw him so why didn't he help Damon

Darin gave two excuses as to why he didn't help Damon first he said he had no pulse, we know that was a lie, then he said his cpr training told him not to turn him over, That might have been true but did it stop him from putting pressure on his back. Darin said he was going upstairs to put his pants on when he stopped to check Damon, Darin already had pants on the neighbor Gorsuch such Darin running by his fountain before police even entered the house. The witness was very specific at what he saw, He saw Waddell in front of the house and another car coming over the hill. Darin wasn't in his room he was outside that house.

The big question I have is why did Darin lie in his police statement and say he didn't help Damon because he didn't have a pulse, yet he admitted Devon was gone when he first got to him yet he claimed to have stayed with him doing cpr for over 2 minutes. Darin lied about doing the cpr to Devon before police arrived because officer Waddell said he saw that cpr done after he entered the house. So what did Darin do for those first three minutes.

I am very happy to see that Darlies mother has finally stepped up to say something positive about her daughter after 20 years, many followers have supported Darlie for years but we were yet to see anything from her family. When Darins mother took custody of Darlies son and Darlin moved in with her mother, I felt Darlie was going to be silenced forever. If she tried to speak the truth she may never see her only living son again. Her mother didn't investigate that alligations against Darin because he was always present and hovering around. We all know that Darin was not with Darlie when he came down those stairs that 911 call proves it. DNA is not going to save this girl, what is going to save her is when she finally comes out and tells the truth about where she believes Darin was that night she and her boys were stabbed. Two witnesses put Darin running outside that home just after the stabbings, Darlie needs to come forward and tell the world what she suspects happened.

Darlie never had a chance from the start, the police already botched up the main and most important suspect by allowing him to wash off all the evidence at the neighbors they didn't process him for hours later, he didn't even give a statement till he went to the hospital. I read those transcripts, Darlies lawyer didn't defend Darlie he spent the entire trial protecting Darin from being implicated in the crime. Darlies lawyer was even correcting Darin when he lied about the table falling on Devon in court, Darin was so stuck on himself that he didn't even realize the lawyer was trying to help him. Darins testimony hurt Darlie more than anyones, even his two employees, Darin knew and said himself if they didn't convict Darlie it would be him in jail right now, He got that right, Greg Davis hated Darlie and he was going ot make that case stick at any cost even if it meant hiring Tom Bevels to submit wrong and dishonest evidence into the courts,

I want to say something about Darlie, I feel Darlie was still that 15 year old girl Darin married, she never had a chance to grow up really. By the time she was 26 she had three small children, children she chose to have. The autopsies proved she loved and cared for those babies better than most mothers, they were well nourished and healthy. Darin fed into the the theory of Darlies depression and that made me furious. Every mother out there has felt like this girl did at one point, if they say they haven't they are lying. Personally, I think Darlie did want to separate from Darin, she used those boys to keep him away from her starting with Drakes crib in their room, when that didn't work, she moved downstairs with her boys. Our little Darlie was growing up and Darin couldn't stand the thought of that. It was Darlie who was materialistic, it was Darin, with the jag the boat and then the toy car to show off to the neighbors, None of that was Darlie it was all Darin.

I want to explain what I saw when I looked at that silly string tape, I saw a young immature mother trying to make it look as though she was really at her sons birthday party. When I looked at Darin I saw a creepy sneaky man just trying desperately to push his way to be close to Darlie, His behavior gave me the creeps, he looked like he was ashamed to be there, When I learned this man played the Gangster song at his babies funerals and then put swords in their coffins, that was more sickening than any silly string ever was. I felt like he was mocking the family and his boys, The public was so focused on Darlie they didn't bother to look at the evidence against Darin, now twenty years later they might.

I want to know why Darin claimed there was an intruder in his home yet not once but twice he ran out of that house and left his wounded family in that home to defend for themselves. I have never ever heard of a father not searching for an intruder first thing. I have never believed that Darlie killed those boys and I have never believed there was an intruder, that only leaves one person. Darlie did tell Darin she wanted to separate, Darin lied about his financial crisis, he was behind on the mortgage and credit cards, he did ask around to find someone to try and rob his home for insurance money, he did take out life insurance policies on all three victims just months before the stabbings, He was losing everything including his family and when he went to bed that night he had to be full of hate, He had said to people he was tired of his kids getting in the way of his sex life. What father says that.

Why isn't anyone curious why Darin never once went and looked for the intruder. In Darins police statement he says when he went upstairs to put his pants on he saw his wallet laying in the middle of the floor as to say the intruder also tried to rob him. Then he says all he could do was think to get help, so he says he ran down stairs and right out the front door. The police knew Darin lied about this and yet they still didn't arrest him, Darin said in that same statement he went upstairs to put his pants on because police were coming in the front door, now he is saying he came down and ran out the front door. Darin was caught by Waddell outside, Darlie said she saw Darin in the living room with his pants on the neighbor also testified to this also,

I read Darins police report, I felt like he coached Darlie to say things when he drove her to the station to do her police report, Darin said when he came down stairs the first thing he saw was a glass table on Devon and that's why he ran over to Devon before being told what was happening. Darin is lying about that, the pictures in police photos show that table never fell over. He goes on to say he did cpr on Devon right then, that is another lie, That cpr Darin described was done after officer Waddell arrived not before, Darin was not downstairs before Darlie called 911, he was seen running outside by his fountain right after the boys were stabbed. Why didn't the police take him right then and process him for evidence before he went to the neighbors to wash up

This is one detail I had a problem with. Darin is heard arguing with Darlie on the 911 call saying the intruder took something and he ran,, Darlie is telling Darin they didn't take anything this was intentional but Darin continues to force the robbery intruder theory. Darin lied to police about the window in the garage he knew it had been cut before that night, What about the medics that testified that Darin was just standing in the middle of the room when they arrived. They said Darin was deliberately blocking their path to get help to Damon, then I read in his police statement he went to Damon but got no pulse that's why he didn't help him. Damon lived for 6 minutes after Darlie called 911 so why did Darin lie.

There many details about this case the public in not aware of. Police allowed Darin Routier to roam freely around that sight right up until Darlie and Damon were taken to hospital. They didn't question or process him until hours later when he went to the hospital to see Darlie. Darin for what ever reason found it necessary to go over to the neighbors and wash up before Darlie and Damon were taken to the hospital. What is most shocking about this 12 days after the stabbings Darin was named as not being a suspect because police claimed his story fit the crime scene. He was in his room during the stabbings, then why did a neighbor and the first responding officer see Darin running outside right after the stabbings running from the direction of the alley

why did Darin lie about going back up stairs to put his pants on. At least three witnesses saw Darin wearing his jeans, Darlie said he had jeans on when he came down. Waddell caught Darin running beside the fountain outside he was the first responding officer, he also said Darin had jeans on. Then we have Gorsuch he is the neighbor that seen and heard Darin running by the foundtain he also said Darin had on jeans no shirt and no socks, Yet Darin goes into detail to convince the police his wallet was laying in the middle of the floor as if to say someone tried to rob him also,then he says he hears the most beautiful sound Drake crying so now we have him trying to convince police they tried to take his wallet and he runs out of the room leaving Drake behind

What Darin did was he used his sons body to create a diversion in front of officer Waddell, he knew Damon was alive when he came back in the house. Waddelll said he looked over at Devon and knew he was gone. Both him and Darin knew Damon was alive and Darin deliberately ignrored Damon to to go over to Devon to pretend to give him cpr. There is no other explanation for this. Darin never went near Damon for fear of his reaction, Darlie never had that fear, she spoke to him and she put towels on his wounds. The police photos prove she helped Damon and somehow those towels disappeared intentionally or not.

i would like to explain the cpr Darin loves to talk about over and over. He claimed he did that cpr on Devon right when he got down stairs, Darin didn't do that cpr when he got down stairs i don't know what he did for almost three minutes but he didn't do that cpr on Devon because officer Waddell describes that cpr in detail the exact same way Darin said he did it before any police arrived. Not one person picked up on that lie, or the lie about Damon having no pulse,Darin gave two excuses first he said he didn't help Damon because he didn't get a pulse, then he said he didn't help him because his cpr training told him not to turn him over, then why the hell didn't he at least put pressure on Damons wounds Don't tell me he was busy with devon he knew Devon was gone as soon as he got to him he admitted that more than once.

Darin lied about not knowing the screen had been cut prior to that night, he was questioned in court and he said just a few hours before the attack he was in the garage and described that window in detail even how much it had been left open, he lied when he said he didn't know the boys used that window to go in and get treats, Darlie never said the intruder went or came through that window, it was Darin making sure the police focused on the intruder and not looking at someone who deliberately did the crime. Like someone who was angry or had life insurance policies on all three victims just three months before the attack.
